Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder are set to fight on the same card on December 23rd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Joshua is matched to face Otto Wallin on this card and Deontay Wilder is matched to face the former Champion Joseph Parker. If both succeed in their fights, could we then see Joshua v Wilder in 2024?
Both Joshua and Wilder are looking for redemption in their respected careers.
Joshua has not been great in the past few years and suffered unexpected losses to the likes of Andy Ruiz and then also lost to Usyk. However lets not forget that Joshua is a two-time world champion with a current record of 26 wins, in which 23 of these were stoppages.
The person who Joshua is looking to defeat in December is Sweden's man Wallin who is two years younger than Joshua himself and has only lost once in the past 27 fights, where he was defeated by Fury on points in 2019
Boxing fans hope in Joshua can win this fight, then a fight can be arranged for him to fight Wilder in 2024, which would be one of the most highly anticipated fights ever, as fans all around the world would mark it on their calendar, as this has been a rumoured fight for many years.

On this card on the 23rd of December there will be four Britons fighting, with two of the biggest names in boxing history fighting on the same card with fighters coming from rival promoters for this exciting card. Even though Fans would prefer it if Joshua was to fight Wilder on this card, if they both win their fights who is to say that it won't happen in 2023. This said the fighters that both are coming up against are tough opponents in Wallin and Parker, in which both will be confident in themselves that they can get the job done.
Following this highly anticipated fight, Fury and Usyk are set to fight, again in Saudi Arabia in the coming February which boxing fans have waited a while for, meaning that there is a lot to look forward to for boxing fans finally towards the end of 2023 and early 2024.
